We love crazy things, we love doing unconventional stuff and this is the sole reason why our growth is exponential.
Whether it be tech operations or events, we like to keep things on their default setting.

We love team members who go above and beyond but sometimes things go south and sometimes they even get ugly— own up to your mistakes and we will work on fixing them together.
We know the University has a lot of not so great systems but if it works for 20,000+ people, their methods and ideas should work for us as well.
