An unincorporated association of the Australian Capital Territory.
The official name that applies of the Club is the ANU Entrepreneurship Club
For operational and branding purposes, the Club may also be referred to by the following names:
(a) ANU Entrepreneurship Club, abbreviated as ANUEC;
(b) ANU E-Club; and
(c) The Australian National University Entrepreneurship Club (a previous name, which is no longer in use).
In this Constitution, unless the context requires otherwise:
Academic Day means a 24-hour period that falls during a Teaching Period of the University, excluding weekends, public holidays, and any day declared a University closure.
Acting or Interim President means a person appointed temporarily to perform the duties and exercise the powers of the President during the President’s absence, incapacity, or until a new President is elected in accordance with this Constitution.
